Supporting you and your family through postpartum, giving you time to rest, recover and restore as a new family unit

“You were never meant to do this alone. The strength is in asking for help.” Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is ask for help - and that’s exactly what you’re meant to do.

Hello, my name is Sinéad, I am a trained postpartum doula working with families in Kilkenny, East Tipperary and South Laois.

How Does it Work?

Welcoming a new baby is a big transition – and finding the right support shouldn’t feel like another overwhelming task. Here’s how the process works, step by step:

  1. Let’s Chat – Book a Free Call

Start by booking a free Get to Know Me call via the website, or feel free to reach out by email or WhatsApp if that’s easier for you. This informal chat gives us a chance to connect and talk through what support you’re looking for.

  1. Pick a Start Date
  • If baby is already here: We’ll look at my availability and get some sessions booked in as soon as possible.
  • If you’re expecting: We’ll talk about when you think you might want support – whether that’s the day you come home from hospital, a few days after birth, or once things settle a bit. We’ll pencil in a general timeframe and stay in touch as your due date approaches.
  1. Choose a Support Option

You can book:

  • One-off sessions – ideal if you just need a bit of extra help here and there.
  • A package of sessions – a more consistent level of support at a discounted rate.

Together, we’ll create a plan that fits your needs, your family, and your budget.

  1. Ongoing Support

Once we begin working together, I’ll be there to support you for as long as you need – whether that’s a few days, a few weeks or a few months. My aim is to gently guide, care for, and empower you until you feel confident and ready to continue on your own.
